THIS IS HOW THE BIKE LOOKED IN MY GARAGE 8.4.2006 ALL THE PLASTIC OFF THE FRONT WHEEL OFF AND PIECES LAYING ALL OVER MY GARAGE.. I GATHERED UP EVERYTHING AND PUT THE BIKE BACK TOGETHER TO THE POINT IT CAN BE MOVED AROUND , THE UPPER FAIRINGS WERE BEING WORKED ON AND SANDED DOWN I SMOTHED OVER SOME OF THE REPAIERED AREA'S WITH A D.A. 220 PAPER AND TREATED THE PLASTIC WITH "BULLDOG FLEXIBLE ADHESIVE" AND THEN PRIMERED THEM WITH FLEXIBLE PLASTIC PRIMER BEFORE I PUT THEM ON THE BIKE.. AT THIS POINT THE BIKE COULD BE RODE EXCEPT NO BRAKES , AND I THINK THE CLUTCH UNIT WAS LEAKING FLUID AT THE RESIVIOR / HANDLE BAR ,, THE CLUTCH HANDLE WAS APART I PUT IT BACK TOGETHER BUT DIDN'T ADD FLUID OR BLEED THE CLUTCH....
